Dr. Katie Bannerman and Dr. Lindsay Herzog are both wonderful veterinarians and their staff have gone above and beyond for my animals and they take care of our entire family. They listen and are very caring and explained everything to me and my husband. Highly recommend!
I live 5.5 hours away, yet I still choose Animal Medical Center in Covington, LA for my two rescue dogs. Every time I try a closer clinic (out of necessity), I’m reminded why AMC is worth the trip. Dr. L’s empathy, expertise, and communication are unmatched. Her staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure we and our pets felt comfortable. Highly recommend.
We had our Boy put down about a week ago!! The Vet that performed it was way too eager for us to put him, until it reached the point to where she was unprofessional!! I mean we just put our healthy dog down for something that happened overnight that she couldn't explain to us!! Give ppl a minute after something like that after all we're at the Vet so we might just care about him
RUDE staff, don't recommend.
