Livingston killed my sweet corgi. She failed to tell me she couldn't continue treatment for chocolate poisoning as recommended by the emergency vet. She left him untreated and off his IV and unsupervised so that he had to die in his own filth, no notes were made in the chart, no x rays, no blood work and she admitted she didn't have the medicine in the building, I doubt she read the treatment plan.
