For the $806 we spent we were no further ahead. If you have a real problem go to Madison as they can’t do anything at this Janesville location. The assistant was very friendly and great. The doctor was rude and very unprofessional.
They showed nothing but kindness and compassion during such a sad day for our family - having to say goodbye to our beloved dog. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
