I have used AMC for several years with no complaints. I’ve called them after hours and got the necessary help. However about a year ago they changed there after hours policy. You HAVE to give the after hour operators a Venmo number or they will NOT connect you to a vet. I did not know this and found out the hard way. I had an emergency after hours getting my dog to give birth to her last pup. All I needed was an oxytocin shot. I could not get through to a vet.
