The Vet and staff treating my cat are both kind and professional. Additionally, they take all the time necessary to provide you with a full explanation of the condition and options for treatment. If you leave a phone message they get back to you promptly. My cat can be a real handful at times, yet the way he is treated at the center he remains calm, instinctively trusting the staff and the Vet - amazing!
