I went there because my dog needed a tooth extraction . Lucky for me Feb. Is the month that they have a special of 399.00 for every thing . Xrays and even amm meds were included . The front office were very polite and with in 10min. they took my dog to get ready for the extraction. I dropped him off at 8 am and picked him up just before noon . They explained every thing about caring for him at home . I am very happy with AMC .
Completely devastating and inhumane experience. Would give negative stars if possible. My 3 year old chocolate lab was hit by a car at 8PM last night. I called this facility at 8:15 to get their address so I could rush my dog in, who was still alive but struggling, for immediate care. They refused to treat us stating that they close at 9PM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! We took our puppy here to have vaccinations done and later in the day the dog had an allergic reaction, I understand this is a possibility, side effects happen. We then took the puppy in to be treated for the reaction and they told me they would give him nausea medication, fluids to keep him hydrated (via fluid they injected and had a sack on his back. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Horrible service and disrespectful staff. My dog is clearly ill, bleeding and wont stand up. Yet they refused to even look at her.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT INEPT AND INCOMPETENT CARE! We had bad care years ago here with another pet and he was misdiagnosed here. We took him for a 2nd opinion with our current vet. Fast forward to yesterday, and our 18 month old dog wouldn't use his rear left leg. We called our current vet and he is out of town, so on a Sunday, there were only 2 emergency vets to choose from.
