Animal Medical Center has been one of the most caring vets I’ve ever been too. Gracie is always taken care of and treated well every time we go. We are thankful for you all!
We love Dr. Sally Poston! She has been our vet since 2006. We live in Ooltewah now but our furbabies still come here.
They have been wonderful with my bunny and very reasonably priced friendly staff highly recommended
I kenneled my dog this past Saturday morning and since I couldn't get him on Sunday because they were closed, I picked him up early Monday morning. I was charged $46.10. I questioned the price because I thought it was around $16.00 per day. They charged me for days, not nights. Meaning, I had to pay for Monday a full day when I picked him up at 8:00 a.m. I will not be using their services any longer. I have found one in Cleveland, TN not far from this one that is much cheaper.
I dislike being charged for a service not provided due to "that's policy, sir". Kind of like getting fleeced by the policies of a giant corporation....except it is a local vet.
We usually use an out of town vet office b/c I have a friend that works there. This weekend my boxer needed emergency care & I did not want to make her ride miles to that vet's office since she was so sick so we called this office & they got her in immediately. We are heartbroken that Sadly our baby girl did not make it & we ended up having to say good-bye. This is absolutely the best veterinary office I have ever used. They are super friendly and knowledgeable! They won’t steer you wrong or break your bank!
