Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Took our friend's dog in right away. Took a conservative "wait and watch" approach to the dog's issue. Normal office visit fee.
Love this vet and so does my Buddy boy
My dog is VERY friendly and very good with nail trims, he’s trained a specific way to sit down and hand you his paw and then he knows to be still and let you trim his nails. The vet tech tried immediately pinning him down on the ground to trim his nails even after I told her how he’s been trained, not once trying my method. He is 85lbs and strong, she was getting no where and he was scared and confused. Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and nobody compares to them. They always get me in when it’s an emergency and have treated me with respect and kindness. My Lola might not be a fan but that’s ok, she wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Brown because of the predicaments she’s gotten herself into. Thank you for always being there for us!
