Originally this clinic was a bit far for our family but after one visit, I was glad we made the switch and drove the Distance from Hampton/Norfolk area. Appointments are quick and on time. Staff are very personable and make scheduling follow ups convenient. I’ve had the pleasure of working with 2 of the vets. Both Dr. Stone and Gallahorn take their time and treated our pets like their own. 5-Stars and 8 Paws from the Greenwood Family!
This place is amazing! I am a kitty foster parent with PRAS and I had a little baby with an emergency yesterday. Dr Stone very kindly squeezed me in to address my urgent issue with my baby kitty. Everyone was so lovely from the receptionists to the assistants and Dr Stone. They took great care of my little Angel and she says “thank you so much for making me feel better!”
They do a fantastic job grooming our pomeranian and shitzu. They love their spa days.
Always a pleasure! My pup and 2 cats love it there. The staff and docs are so nice and patient with the animals. Best part… they offer in-house insurance and it is worth every penny! Highly recommend
