To be fair, Connie of Animal Medical Surgical Clinic contacted me yesterday, 04/05/2021, and offered a full refund for the cost of Callie's biopsy.
Dr. Ponce, at Animal Surgical Medical Clinic of Wisconsin Rapids diagnosed my dog, Callie, with probable lymphoma on 03/22/2021. X-rays supported that diagnosis. A biopsy was suggested. Dr. Ponce did the biopsy. Several days passed with no results. I called Animal Surgical Medical Clinic a couple of times and was told that the biopsy results had not come back from the lab.
