Don't post you have made animal cruelty a felony in all 50 states. Its not, at best in most states its only a misdemeanor.
I keep seeing a post that "thanks to your organization, animal cruelty is now a felony in all 50 States." That is very misleading. In Ohio, animal abusers can maim, torture, and kill animals, and it is only a misdemeanor, resulting in barely a slap on the wrist for these disgusting individuals. The only "felony" charges I have heard of relate to kennel owners. Please do what you can to change this ASAP.
Animals don't have a voice in life to tell you that they need help. People that hurt animals need to pay for their bad action. Animals love you unconditionally people don't.
There are issues with the database concept, ie., tracking animal cruelty offenders from state to state w/ only name and dob. However, thee needs to be something in place, otherwise people can take their bad habits to another region and victimize other critters.
I'm a huge animal lover always have ben always will be,I have a dog now but I lost my other dog 3 & ahalf years ago. YOUR PETS ARE YOUR FAMILY PEOPLE!!
