Customer service lacks. Mixed messages to customers over the phone versus in-store. A friend posted recently to social media the recent transactions that took place, thus resulting with the purchased pet taking ill and before being able to return to the store as instructed, the pet expired. Once able to get to the store, she was met with rant on policy with no expression of empathy. If this is how you chose to do business, you don't ever have to worry about mine. #powerinnumbers
