My husband and I rescued a brindle male Pit Bull named Snoopy on the 5th of December of this year. He was in Behavior Modification because of how shy he is, but you'd never guess it now! He's doing so great (except going to the vet - that was a task!), but when it comes to meeting new people, he's doing so much better. We ended up having to take him and our other rescue, a Basenji/Shiba cross, to a Christmas party where he socialized and let people love all over him. He did so good, I was so proud! Very clean facility and amazing staff that really seem to know each dogs personality. We adopted our dog craig from them and he is a perfect fit for our family. When its time for another member of the family we will definitely be coming here!
We adopted our puppy Craig from here last Christmas. We couldn't be happier to help a dog find his forever home and the staff let us come by and meet as many dogs as we wanted to ensure we found the one we were looking for.
I adopted my Pit Bull mix, Dom Tom, in August of 2013. I can't recall the guy's name who helped us, but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I told him I wanted a Pit Bull, but it also had to be good with younger children (I have two daughters) and other dogs. We visited with a couple of dogs first and after not feeling a connection with any of them, he said he had one in mind for us. He brought out Dom and we fell in love.
