The team is so wonderful. They take a lot of time to answer my questions because I'm an overly worried Ferret Father. They actually care and don't just churn me through the system the way i felt at Midwest B&E. They are worth paying a little extra more for peace of mind and personal attention to your pet. It really does feel like family here

Dr. Cynthia is an absolute gem. She's caring, attentive, and professional. When we had to let go of our 19 year old cat, Winston, I felt supported by Dr. Cynthia and the team during that very difficult time. She is now the vet of our newly adopted cat that happens to have a very different temperament than Winston. She patiently listened while I asked many questions about grooming and other issues of concern. I trust my cat with Animal House and appreciate their care and professionalism.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff at every position. It’s very clear that they genuinely care about the pets they see. Dr. Jenny in particular is incredibly compassionate to me and my pet, I would recommend her and this vet to all pet owners!
