We were referred to a vet there by a local reptile expert. Last year, our reptile was examined by an experienced exotic pet vet. This year, they switched us to a less-experienced doctor without telling us at time of booking. It is improper to switch doctors without first telling the client. They did not examine our pet on the exam table in front of us like other places do. Front staff grumpy, not cordial. AHC violates Federal Privacy Laws by mentioning our pet's name here in public without our permission.
AHC has always been our go-to, ever since 2017 with our family bunny, to our dog, and now my cat. They are caring and always provide me with an update for how my cat is doing. So Vets, thank you for your work!
Scheduling was hassle free and all online. The location is easily accessible by public transit and also has a small parking lot. The staff were welcoming, knowledge, and friendly. Our guinea pig received careful attention throughout our first office visit.
They've given great care to our animals.
