Our VERY high energy girl LOVES animal house! If we even say the words “Animal House” at home she gets so excited! We bring her here a few times a month to run around and have fun with her friends and she always is so happy and excited when we drop her off. She always comes home clean, bathed and happy. Would not recommend to anyone terrible experience terrible customer service actually lost our dog within hours after dropping her off but waited another five hours to give us a call and let us know that she was missing they never found our puppy, our puppy luckily found her way back to the property and the owners front door would not wish this kind of experience on anyone
Great place for boarding & day care. Our black lab goes to play once or twice a week and comes home tired out. We have boarded her quite a few times & always satisfied with the care. The staff at this business are kind & caring. They love the dogs and give them plenty of attention. We have been using this business for at least 5 years & recommend it.
Terrible experience, they lost our dog within hours of dropping her off, waited about 4 or 5 hours to even call us and let us know our puppy was missing and then had the audacity to explain to my wife what hell they have been through because of losing our dog. Very unprofessional and careless. If I could give less than one star I would. Stay away from this place.
I absolutely love Animal House! It’s the only place I trust with my dog, Vixen, and she gets excited every single time we pull into the parking lot. The staff is so warm, patient, and genuinely caring- you can tell they truly love what they do. They always treat Vixen like family, and that means the world to me.
