My roommate took his dog here and told me about back to back horrible experiences. They messed up as bad as a vet could and offered them a cheap in store credit??! They suggested a bunch of unneeded labs and meds, costing literally thousands. THEY HAVE ZERO COMPASSION AND JUST WANT TO SQUEEZE YOU FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU HAVE
I’m so devastated, this weekend I had to put down my cat here. I asked for paw prints, and fur clippings with the urn I had chosen. When receiving it, I asked if the fur clippings were inside. I was told by the front desk that they couldn’t find it and no one knew where it was. What a horrible and careless mistake when I already had to go through so much putting my fur baby down. Dr. Jaber and his staff were incredible, accommodating, and knowledgeable... as well, the pricing is very fair compare to other vets in area. Great job
From the time we called to request help to the time we took our dog home we were treated in a friendly and professional way. It was close to 8 PM on a Sunday evening and we are very appreciative of the help we were given with our injured pet. We will definitely use their services in the future if needed Thank you!
