I brought my hamster here after looking around for a hamster vet to check some respiratory symptoms. I had some concerns considering the only hamster related Google review was negative and the fact I'm new to owning a pet outside of childhood, but I really wanted to get her checked out asap to make sure she was okay, despite my apprehension. I give this hospital zero stars because the actions of their veterinarians caused the death of my parrot. Before bringing my parrot, I called and asked if the doctor had sufficient experience and expertise to treat parrots and birds. The receptionist confirmed and said I could bring my bird at a scheduled time. My parrot was completely healthy before the visit, flying normally and behaving naturally. Zero stars!!!!! My friend brought her beloved bird to this clinic for help and instead, Dr. Ernest Marsing caused the bird’s death right there during the visit. He applied pressure to the bird’s abdomen without consent for any life-ending procedure, and the poor bird died in front of her.
