Unfortunately I was rescheduled 4 times for my dogs spay appointment. Being 1 of the 2 vets on the mountain, makes for a disappointing experience. Family emergencies are understandable but there needs to be a back up plan. This is a business.
Love this place. I have been going here for years. The vets actually care about the animals.
