disappointing. we love her veterinarian. this was our second time coming to this location with the same dog. we had to reschedule our appt from sat @1:20p to today, mon @5:40p. we were told they have a 15 min grace period. unfortunately, today, due to traffic, my dog and i didn’t make it into vca parking lot until 5:53p and INSIDE of the building until 5:54p - which placed us at 1 min until the 15 min grace period expired. my partner, who had come from work 30 mins away and was originally going to pick me and my dog up at ho... read more
Great first visit with Dr. Hope. You can tell she’s very caring and she answered all my questions today. Receptionist and vet techs were very nice. Office is very clean. Love that they offer a wellness plan!
I brought my little guy in for emergency surgery and they were spectacular in every way. They updated me throughout the day and have been calling to check in on him. I highly recommend this facility. They are amazing and caring!
I have been going to this VCA location for about 10 years. Both Dr Hope and Dr Kasper are wonderful, caring doctors and their support staff is amazing. They have excellent follow up regarding recent visits and send reminders for upcoming tests, etc. I recently had to put one of my senior cats down that had been seen by Dr Kasper when I first got him almost 10 years ago.
