Well after giving my dog the meds they said she needed, my dog is no longer with me. Then was told I need to pay out her care plan than she’d only been on for 3 months. Left a message for the regional director and it was fixed within 2 weeks but really??? Find another vet.
We have been going here for quite awhile and were happy until today. Our dog had a tumor on her neck. The doctor said to call before we bring her if we needed to have her euthanized. When my dog all of a sudden had severe difficulty breathing, we called on our way to the clinic only to be told that we could bring her but the doctor probably wouldn't see her right away because they had other patients. I told her that my dog is dying in my arms and needed to be euthanized, but the person said that I would need to take her fart... read more
