I have been going to this VCA location for about 10 years. Both Dr Hope and Dr Kasper are wonderful, caring doctors and their support staff is amazing. They have excellent follow up regarding recent visits and send reminders for upcoming tests, etc. I recently had to put one of my senior cats down that had been seen by Dr Kasper when I first got him almost 10 years ago. My puppy’s kennel cough got dismissed twice for two months. I decided to go to a different vet and they diagnosed it right away. My puppy now has pneumonia because she went so long having this cough.
The girls had an overdue appointment for shots... although they were very nervous. The staff was very comforting and kind. My babies are healthy and up to date.
I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and the care my dog received. My dog Nacho was seen as a same-day work-in when she became sick, and from start to finish the experience was compassionate, thorough, and reassuring. When your pet is sick, it’s incredibly stressful, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed.
