Service is very friendly and our Vet Dr Pierre Giroux is excellent very gentle with our dog. As are the staff.
Dr. Chadbourne was wonderful and extremely understanding! We are going to get some extra time with our boy Jupiter and we are so happy for it and grateful! Thank you Dr. Chadbourne! I highly recommend!
I feel the care here for our cat was more transactional. When my cat Jax was sick, they provided decent care but once he passed no one called to offer condolences (which I get they are busy) but even when I picked up his ashes there was no I’m sorry for your loss - it was here you go, have a good day. Just seems rude and it is unfortunate but the next animal I get I will take elsewhere even though they are close to our house.
Arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and was immediately taken out back and shown to an exam room. The individual who took my dog’s vitals was very friendly and knowledgeable. The way she handled my dog demonstrated her love and care for animals. She took a complete history and ask good clarifying questions.
