This was our first visit. Staff an Dr Carillo was so kind and gentle with our fur baby.
First time that I’ve been there. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Loved the doctor she even got on the floor to greet her before picking her up up. They give lots of information and kindness.
Urgently needed my dog to be seen as he was hardly able to move 4 days ago. He was seen immediately. Dr. Baren Checked in with us every step of the way to keep us informed and to help us make the difficult decision To take him for emergency surgery. She helped stabilize him and coordinated with the attending doctor at the hospital to ensure we had a smooth transition. They twice admitted my dogs charged a 1000 and then said sorry can’t help you. Twice. One dog died so far. My dog name was Lola you do have a Lilia Prado in your database my dog was a Doberman named Lola. You guys even charged to take her away like $300. You guys made out pretty good
