DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!Very unprofessional and rude. I was given an appointment only to go there and found, the clinic was closed at that time, no body even apologized. 2) Next incident; my dog had an ear infection, he only looked my dog ears with otoscope, never did any culture for my dog to know which bacteria he was treating, just gave steroids, it didn't work and I had to take him back for the second time, he just repeated the same treatment. Yes Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Yes Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office? Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it. Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
