I've had the most amazing experience with all the staff at AHO. However, a special shout out to Dr. Heidi Burnett. She and her team helped me thru an emergent surgery for my cat and the could not have taken better care of my cat or me!! So overly impressed...cannot recommend highly enough.
Just had Sofia to Animal Hospital of Oshkosh. As always it was a pleasure to visit as usual. From check in to checkout the entire process was pleasant. I never feel rushed or a bother (I may be a long talker) but always feel I got the best service available. Dr. Heidi always explains things to me and the support staff is all just as kind. If you feel like you aren’t getting the care you need…you need to try to get in here. Thank you Dr. Heidi and team!
I want to thank the staff for their compassion today as I said goodbye to my Marbles. He was almost 20 and his time for the Rainbow Bridge had arrived. Even with Covid-19, they granted me my private time to say goodbye. We discussed options and even with this hard decision to say until next time, the staff gave me their comforting words and condolences. They ensured his peaceful transition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.💕
