We switched vet clinics about a year ago and have zero regrets. This place has that small business family owned vibe going and its so refreshing! We have unfortunately dealt with 2 elderly pets passing in the past year and they are so compassionate. I just received a sympathy card in the mail that everyone had written a few kind words in and signed. They also always call the day after an appointment to check in on your ill pet. The entire team here is so incredibly welcoming and friendly. We’ve been seeing Dr. Shannan specifically and can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. Leaving your pet in someone else’s care can be stressful, but there’s truly no one I’d trust more. Dr Shannon, Dr Gary, Gerald the 3 legged kitty and the entire staff here are absolutely AMAZING! You can visibly see how invested they are in your pet, and the Prices are VERY reasonable. Thanks for taking care of my 3 dogs, we are furrr- ever patients.
The North Fergus animal hospital team are all fantastic. My wife and I take both our senior dog and cat to see them and they are so good with both of them. Our cat is very spicy and hates to be in her carrier and they are so good with handling her in difficult situations. And our dog is very high energy and on leash reactive and they have no issues navigating the unique needs and difficulties of our pets.
