RecommendedThe staff here are so wonderful and compassionate. I recently had to use them to have my sweet baby put down and although it was a heartbreaking experience, I was happy I went there. They were gentle with my old man, they gave a chocolate donut, assured me that I was doing the right thing for him, and then waited until I was ready to say goodbye.
Amazing Doctors and staff! The 2 emergency surgeries saved our babies. All of our babies are treated and groomed there. The last was most difficult, my daughter and I had baby there twice within a week. A month earlier we had lost our baby boy Wilbur to congestive heart failure. The staff and Dr. Sechrist are wonderful ! Our cat Scotter received a severe injury when he ran away. We brought him in with no appointment and we were so upset. They took Scooter in right away. He had to have surgery, staples and a three day stay. They were so kind and patient thru everything.
They are always so courteous and friendly They always give boo boo the best of care and handle her with care I give all your staff a 5 star plus Keep up the fine work
My wife and I rescued a severely malnourished and dehydrated Boston Terrier at 5PM on a Friday. Animal Hospital of Newton-Conover was willing to see him. They performed a very thorough exam, taking their time, and never seeming rushed or put out. We are very thankful for Dr. Sechrist and all the staff.
Everyone is fantastic here, everyone! They are so kind and sweet and they don’t pack the waiting room with a bunch of people and their pets like many other places. They all provide the best care for your pet while trying to keep your budget in mind. We are regulars now!
They are very thorough and so kind to both of my animals. We took a dog off of Craigslist and he had a lot wrong with him due to negligence. They have been so helpful and look out for the best for your animal. I will never take my dogs to any other vet.
i was not able to leave a Google review. i loved this vet in the beginning, but I noticed a decline in the past 2 years. I've caught errors: not informing me of procedures that are due or past due while in the office, trying to give a procedure that's already been done on multiple occasions (and with multiple pets), not willing to work with you when things were clearly their fault. there's been ongoing issues for 2 years now. there is also a person working in the office now who makes me very uncomfortable, and I was hesitant... read more
