The staff and Dr. Sechrist are wonderful ! Our cat Scotter received a severe injury when he ran away. We brought him in with no appointment and we were so upset. They took Scooter in right away. He had to have surgery, staples and a three day stay. They were so kind and patient thru everything.
i was not able to leave a Google review. i loved this vet in the beginning, but I noticed a decline in the past 2 years. I've caught errors: not informing me of procedures that are due or past due while in the office, trying to give a procedure that's already been done on multiple occasions (and with multiple pets), not willing to work with you when things were clearly their fault. there's been ongoing issues for 2 years now. there is also a person working in the office now who makes me very uncomfortable, and I was hesitant... read more
