Had an emergency with my dog. They got me in in 6 minutes. They were so fast and professional They are angels
We are visiting from out of state. From my initial phone call through a visit, consultation and paying my bill, I found the staff to be helpful, personable, professional and apparently not greedy. We needed some meds for our dog. We discussed x-rays and tests but a consensus was to see how he responded to the meds. This is rare as it seems that using pet owner guilt to rack up bills is part of the normal routine. Cat had an infected paw and they got him in right away, keep me updated on the progress and had him out in a few hours. Front staff very friendly.
Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for this place. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having a pet who I discovered needed medical care on a Friday night. It’s the kind that doesn’t require an emergency vet, but should not wait until the following week. My vet was unable to get us in for an appointment and suggested this place. When I called I was desperate. Maddie (sp?) at the front desk could not have been kinder. The vet was gracious enough to fit us in immediately.
