I had such a great experience here with my cat, Gizmo. Dr. Alyssa Parsio was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to genuinely listen to me, never made me feel rushed or judged, and really cared about understanding the full picture instead of just getting through the appointment. We had a situation with our lab, Tristin got us right in and Morgan and Dr. Parsio took amazing care of us! Cheerful, attentive, knowledgeable and thoughtful! We are so impressed! What a breath of fresh air!!
Ive been taking my dogs here for a few years and have had decent service UNTIL my dog went to medvet for bladder stones. The next morning I called and spoke to Aubrey/ Dr Wendy who were very concerned and explained surgery was the best course of action to prevent possible blockages. Later that night my dog went back to medvet with a stone blocking her. When I called the office the next day I spoke to Ariel who didnt show any concern for us whatsoever. The Animal Hospital of New Albany has friendly staff who are very helpful. They really love animals and treat my dog as if he is their own. They also answer any concerning questions very well. Highly recommend!
