Mixed up dogs vaccines and clipped his nails too short. Was extremely rude while our dog was dying. They also have a technician who was threatening to call animal control on my dog, being pushy and aggressive with him, and tightening his slip leash while he wasn’t showing any type of aggressive behaviors nor moving so he thought he was doing something wrong licking the lick mat and got even more anxious. Dr.Duncan and his team have provided phenomenal care to our kitties, are very kind, understanding and explain everything in a way that is helpful informative and easy to understand. We make a little longer of a drive for our kitties appointments because it is worth the care they provide.
Wonderful place! They loved my sweet Mela and handled her with care. Answered all my questions and helped calmed my nerves! Definitely recommend.
I can not recommend them enough. They take such good care of our little girl.
