I have not been in the area for very long, so I am thrilled to find such a caring, wonderful veterinary practice! Our first visit was an emergency visit and they got us in right away and were amazing! I wish I could give them six stars!
Very impressed - terrific staff - our vet Dr Cody was wonderful with our Dachshund Holly - she wasn't nearly as afraid as she usually is at the vet - he was very caring and took time to explain and answer questions
UPDATE: I want to emphasize that my gripe is not with the staff, or with the doctors (I've seen three and they were all very good clinicians and communicators), or even with the prices, which I'm not thrilled about but frankly I've been to other practices and unfortunately had some pretty horrible experiences. Overall quality of care is excellent and I'll continue to use it as my primary source for vet care. I think I've been going to this practice for about nine years or so, always asking for Dr. Loveless, who is a compassionate, excellent vet. But it seems the practice is run in a way to avoid any discussion of cost until after the appointment, unless you push for the information regarding each test or treatment. When I scheduled to get my pup's claws trimmed while I was bringing my other dog for a wellness visit, I told the person on the phone that his dew claws grow in a circle into themselves.
