Beyond Grateful for Dr. Joe and all the members of his team!!! What an amazing practice!! The compassion, love and grace they shared toward our lab, Zazu and other animals when we visit is fantastic! My husband and I appreciate the grass sitting area outside for the pets to relax, the holistic atmosphere in the clinic with the calming music and the cleanliness of the practice. Blessed to home for fur baby when in need~
Great care has always been given to my furry friend, Devo. Dr. Valese and his staff, particularly Brittany, Kelly, and Hope are exceptional with paying attention to Devo's needs, and my concerns. I highly recommend The Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono for all pets' care.
Owner is EXTREMELY rude
All of the staff are wonderful to work with, Kelly, Britany and Hope keeps me up to date on all of my pets appointments. If I have any questions they will obtain the answers to my pets medical issues. This office could not function without the efforts of the entire support staff.
The service at The Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono is FIRST CLASS! From the initial conversation on the phone with Kelly in reception , to the Professional Demeanor, Knowledge, and Expertise of Dr. Valese. Myself and my boy Milo, who had a crown put on his cracked incisor tooth, couldn't be happier. Following Dr. Vales's advice with Kelly's help in reception made the experience easy and stress-free.
