First time here today and I just have to say, I was blown away. Very professional and very clean. Took great care of my pup, Jersey. Sherlie (sp) gave a great tour of the facilities. Very friendly staff. Glad I decided on coming here.
WHERE IS MY POST TELLING YOU AND EVERYONE HOW BAD YOU ARE. OUR PITTIE BABY BELLA HAD TO HAVE PART OF HER LEG AMPUTATED DUE TO YOUR NEGLECT. YOU SAW HER 3 TIMES CHARGED A FORTUNE AND NEVER GAVE HER ANY MEDS. THE INFECTION SPREAD FROM HER FOOT TO HER LOWER LEG. YOU NEVER FAXED HER BLOOD WORK TO DR MILLER WHICH COST US MORE MONEY. Just moved to PA a few months ago and found this awesome vet! Love the vet and the staff. They even played soft music to calm my chihuahua. They make you and your fur babies feel like family.
My 5 month old puppy needed a hip replacement due to fracturing the hip. I met with several vets till I found someone I was comfy with and trusted. When I met Kelly I immediately felt at home. Cassandra who took care of Bella was fantastic. Dr valese is amazing. He and another surgeon did Bella's surgery a little over a week ago and I am just so happy with how Bella is now and I have full trust in this doc with my animals. All my pets will be going to dr v going forwars
The staff at Animal Hospital of Mt Pocono are so caring and professional. Bella had a great first visit and she cant wait to go back for all of her little puppy needs!
My baby Bella was having skin and ear issues and thanks to Dr. Valese and his great staff she is doing very well her skin has healed and her ear is 100% better then it was when I first brought her in for her first visit back in Dec. I'm extremely happy and grateful for their service I will happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vet.
