I brought my cat (Beeni) there for vaccinations & the staff were very friendly !!...& treated it very good!!...i would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet!!
We were on vacation in the Poconos when our small terrier decided that a lobster tail shell looked appetizing. After a night of distress, we contacted the Animal Hospital of Mt. Pocono and were seen within a few hours. The staff were friendly and compassionate, and Dr. Valese was terrific. We needed calm support and accurate information, which is exactly what they gave us. Dr. Valese was very caring & interested in what was going on with my dog. It was our first visit and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff was very cordial and informative. It is very clean and has a positive environment for both pets and their humans.
The staff is very friendly, greets you and your pet by name and the facility is spotless.
Dr. Valese is very nice and everybody in the vet so polite with my little furybaby. i love it is my first dog and my first experience. Beautiful.❤
Dr. valese was able to examine my dogs mouth without assistance and nary a growl or snap from her. I was truly amazed and his gentle manner with her and his over all bedside manner. He's everything rolled into one, vet, dentist, surgeon and in a loving small setting. I got so used to big corporation vets, I forgot was small town vet was like. Smaller is better, way better.
