I gave one star because I had to. They are awful there. It’s not a hospital. They leave your pets unattended after 10 o’clock. My cat almost died there when I came to pick up my cat in the morning after they kept him over night.They took an hour to try to clean himup. He was covered in blood and feces, I had to rush him to an Animal Hospital where it was touching and go. they refused to give the hospital my cats paperwork from his visit at Morris Park. after two hours of fighting with them, they finally sent it over. We were loyal customers who often arrived 30 minutes early and sometimes waited an additional 20 minutes after our appointment time. Despite this, we never complained. Our loyalty to this practice is evident in the fact that within our family, we have taken five cats to this practice and spent a lot of money on their treatments. However, during our recent appointment, due to city transportation issues, the person who was supposed to take my cat to the appointment ended up taking a cab, spending $36 so as to arrive on time.
