Where to even start. This was my first and last time going here My appointment was set at 3pm, I arrived at 2:55 with my dog for a suspected yeast infection/ UTI the tech came in about 10-15 mins after we got into our room I gave her all of the details regarding my pet and the issue we were addressing that day(she has horrible allergies and was having a flare up , she takes immune therapy so some days are better than others) she says the doctor will be right with us We sat in the room for over an hour and not a single person... read more
They were super sweet. We didn’t have an appointment, and they explained to us that walk-ins need to wait compared to people who have appointments, which I completely agree with. We waited about 45 minutes, but the service was really good and they gave us options. Most places just tell you what they’re going to do, but they explained everything so we could make a good decision.
Staff is so friendly, kind, caring, efficient and thorough. Love the doctor who gave explanations, options and paperwork to further offer details and clarify. Reasonable pricing and great staff!
