This place was great and very welcoming....until a new staff member arrived. A lady that I will call "K" has started working there and is possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered! She belittled and chastized my wife when she was calling inquiring about a time to come in as our dog was ill. She begins to degrade her, by saying, "you mean you didn't know that today was surgery day?!", like that is common knowledge! Other statements were made that weren't much better.
