Called to ask a quick question as they were the only vet open in the area at the time I called. A lady named Jaylen answered.. our call did not last even 45 seconds before she could be heard talking to someone in the distance and saying “ugh, i can’t do this right now.” How rude! Will never come here if they can’t even help with one simple question.
Dr Carruthers was very kind and compassionate to my family as they made the hard decision to put their dog to sleep... Her kindness was impressive
