I called today and was left on hold for over 5 minutes. That’s unacceptable. I didn’t even get to make an appointment
We took our 13 year old girl to Animal Hospital of Lubbock. Front desk staff was very friendly. We were seen by Delta and Dr. Richards. Both were great at explaining options to us. They took their time and didn't rush through the exam. We left feeling we had made the right choice to get a second opinion on our girl's previous CHF diagnosis. Would highly recommend this place for your furry family.

We had a very negative experience at this clinic with our dog, as he was given the wrong medication. The manager responded rudely and dismissively when I filed my complaint, which only increased our dissatisfaction. Being charged such a high amount for such poor service was particularly upsetting. All things considered, I believe the service provided was deplorable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone for their pets.
