My first time using Animal Hospital of Lindale boarding services this previous weekend. They had me pre-pay for the weekend being a new customer which I understood and they were closed on Monday. The lady (who was very nice) let me know they would have someone in the office at 7:30am or 5:30pm for pickups and asked which one would I like.
