Dr James and her staff are always very caring to our pets. They never seem rushed, always take time to listen and take a real interest in our pet’s wellbeing. We feel we always get superior service. So glad we found their practice several years ago!
I just love Ivy!!! Everyone is so sweet, and they always treat my scared pup with gentle understanding (and lots of treats). We love it here!!
I would give them 1,000 stars if I could . Such a compassionate, knowledgeable, caring , and communicative team. They helped me through a complicated plan of sorting through how to bring our dog abroad with us and were just patient and reassuring and went above and beyond with their research and communication. Also incredibly informed about pet health and stewardship. Our family cannot thank them enough.

Everyone at the Animal hospital is friendly. They are gentle and caring when examining my cats. They are also knowledgeable and answer any questions patiently and clearly. The facility is clean and calm and quiet. I can highly recommend the Animal hospital at Ivy Square.
