Good enough services but their prices are just outrageous. $200 for a visit and antibiotics for a rat. Told us only time they could take our pet was today; then charges an extra fee for same day visit without explanation of charges until completed. It’s an appt slot you either have the appt slot or you don’t. Had a tumor removed from our rat and paid $800 which is outrageous enough as it is when a vet in Madison quoted $275; then hit us with an upsell of $150 to use a laser vs the scalpel.
