I’m very happy with the service here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took great care of my budgie, including all the necessary health checks and everything we needed before our trip. They also followed up with us regularly, which gave us great peace of mind. Thanks to their care and support, everything went very smoothly, and our travel went perfectly. I truly appreciate all their help and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for caring and professional service!
I so appreciate the expertise, professionalism and kindness of the team at Animal Hospital of High Park. After 2 days of no sleep due to a very sick bunny I felt my Gabby was in very good hands and I had peace of mind knowing the thoroughness of the examination and depth of knowledge they had. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand each step of the exam and treatment. I so appreciated Dr Regan and her team including Nicola at the reception team, Lisa our vet tech and several others too. Thank you!
We took our ageing hamster, Butterscotch, to see a vet here with my children and we found the staff and the vets to be very sensitive and caring about our experience. I had my children with me and the doctor was very sensitive to the fact that although this was an ageing hamster, it was still our loving pet. He was very honest about Butterscotch’s situation, but still prescribed medication to ease his pain.
