I’m very impressed! I took my bird here for his first check up and the entire team was very welcoming, especially Alex who made me feel very at home. I had some anxiety bringing him because he is a little bit hyper and I was worried that he would make trouble. Both Michael and Dr. Regan were experts at handling him and calming him down. Both myself and Keith (my bird) loved the team and we will be back
This is long overdue, but this Vet and their team are the only reason my dog is alive and well today, 1.5 years later, as healthy as ever. After being disregarded and essentially being told to let my dog die by all the vets in the Roncesvalles village area(one was previously my regular vet, called all the others in the area as well), this extraordinary team have compassion/care and stepped up, took action. The best clinic for exotic pets! Everyone here is so kind and caring. The clinic is very clean, transparent with prices and they have great appointment availability. Thanks to everyone here my senior bunny Leo is happy and healthy.
We sought care for our newly-adopted rattos (one of whom came to us very sick) and had a great experience with AH of High Park. The clinic itself is very nice. And all the staff we spoke to were helpful and lovely in their roles, from CSR to RVT to the doctor herself. Dr. Rode was very kind, very thorough, and we could tell she wanted what was best for all of us, especially our Rosie. Thank you all for your help. <3
