I never even made it into the office. Someone recommended them so I called them to see if I could bring my dog in for a paw problem. They told me they were booked but I could pay a $70 “workaround fee” if I wanted to be seen. That’s just extortion. Their staff could be really nice and doctors qualified but it’s just wrong to try to charge people more when they are busy and you have an emergency. Shame on them.
