These people are the greatest and it's not the first time they swooped in to help us. We had a very sick cat. Every clinic we went to were telling us two weeks or not even talking to us. Always reasonable and very caring about the pet. Telling us options about care an cost. The Doctor was very kind and she said please call back if she doesn't get better in a few days. Beatrice is doing fine and now Emporia animal hospital will always be taking care of our animals.
The staff are great and they are great for making appointments that are not so far out especially on Saturday. I can usually call one or two days before and get in on Saturday with no problem.
Our oldest girl had a huge knot on jawline and I was worried terribly. Nobody local could see her and recommended 2 places further south to try. When I called EAH, the lady who answered was actually the vet. Dr Chen. After a brief explanation I was told could bring her there to be seen. Upon arrival the office doesn't appear new or modern BUT the quality of care, explaining things and the tender way they treated her: I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so very much to EAH
I am so greatful for Dr Chen and the team there at Animal Hoapital of Emporia. My husband and I were driving from Florida to NJ when our diabetic dog had a seizure in the car. We called several hospitals including Banfield in NC and no one would see us. They kept sending us 70 miles in the opposite direction of our travel which was crazy.
