Won't let you go in with pet!!! Their policy at Animal Hospital of Cornelius is to not allow pet owners to go in the exam room with their pets. I just brought my cat in to have her toenails clipped and they didn't want me to go in with her, can you believe that? I have always gone in with my pets anytime they have anything done (other than surgery or something like that). RecommendedI was beyond impressed with the positive vibe I felt when I walked through the doors for the first time. My dogs tail was wagging the whole time due to all of the staff making us feel welcome. We loved seeing or favorite human vet friends, Dr Jackson and Tech Kinzey!
I cant even begin to tell you how I felt leaving tonight. We recently went to another vet for my dogs issues. Long story short, that vet shouldn’t be in practice. Great Doctors and Staff! We have been taking our two rescue dogs there for seven years and have felt like family from day one. I can leave my dogs there all day for grooming too and trust them to take good care of my babies. Highly recommend! Love Dr Helada!
