So, I called to take my cat for a UTI. And I was told they were not taking any new patients… So it is not a Hospital in the sense that you cannot take your pet here in an emergency situation. It’s apparently a veterinarian clinic but they also don’t take any appointments so I’m not sure how this works… I asked about a waiting list? Honestly very puzzled.. I just moved to the area, read all the great reviews but cannot ever take my cat in . Maybe I was unlucky with the receptionist taking calls? I have never encountered this ... read more
Having gone through several vets due to many relocations, I can with ALL HONESTY say Dr. Ross is the finest on every level. He’s talented, intelligent and genuinely cares about your pet. Cannot recommend high enough!!
Dr. Ross and his staff are wonderful to work with.
Always the best service. Dr. Ross is a great person as well as all the people that work there.
