second time we went here first time was great loved it my boy loved it...3 weeks later for a booster shot and have to say they were not on the ball today... muzzled my pup cuz he could be vicious..couldn't get his name right and didnt look at past history gave extra shots and tried to schedule for a follow up that was scheduled for today... was almost over charged for the visit good thing i was paying attention hopefully next time they can provide a better experience
the staff are super kind and our animals receive excellent care there

Dr. Thies has been our vet for over a decade. He is a wonderful man and has treated our babies with love and kindness. I would recommend Ark to anyone who truly cares for their pets.
