Vets are becoming dentists office. High pressure sales, constantly more and more things "needed" last minute emergency pressure tactics. I told them last time I went I told myself if they do it again im leaving a bad review. 3 straight times. Since you think this is about a matting issue and rabies vaccine I'll lower this to one star. My cat is 2 years old, she doesnt have age related issues. I didnt have a recent visit, you guys as usual call and try to make the bills 3x what we go for. Dr Griffin and the rest of the staff took great care of my pup Moira when she injured her paw. Have recommended them to my partner for her dog and would do so for anyone in my life with a pet that needs care.
Don’t know why it took me so long to review this place, I have been coming here for about 3 or so years now and I honestly can say I have never trusted another veterinarian office as much as I do this one. Every employee in there clearly actually cares about animals, and I cannot say that for every vet office in this area. Back when I had to put a cat down earlier this year the staff were literal angels and helped so much and gave me every option available. Use to love this place, but our vet moved away to little rock and started her own clinic. The vet now never really speaks to us but the team is phenomenal! However, I wanted a clinic that enjoys being around our dogs and is respectful to us to come talk to us even if they have their own opinion on things. If she would have just come talk to me the multiple visits.
