Do not trust these people with your beloved pets. Dr Elmore offered no help no solutions and didn’t want to help my sweet baby girl.

Came here with an emergency as this place is labeled as a hospital. Clearly they are not as they wouldn’t even check our cat to see if he was stable. Had zero compassion and couldn’t care less if our cat died.
This veterinary clinic showed a concerning lack of care and professionalism. They refused to examine our cat to determine what was wrong, instead suggesting that we take him to Cornell without first ensuring he was stable. They even asked if we wanted to euthanize him but were unwilling to reassess his condition based on his previous care. There was no compassion for the life of our pet. Horrible customer service. They do not actually care about animals. They were willing to let our cat die rather than check him out. Do not go here!
