Animal Hospital Amazing staff that took such good care of my neighbors Pet. Took the time to try and save Bailey from heat stroke! Gave us information to get the word out on animal heat strokes and dehydration. A place that truly loves what they do.
Animal Hospital At Vista Lakes is They mixed up our beautiful Golden Retriever with another dog and wound up shaving her and cutting her, requiring stitiches. Then told us they often shave Goldens - a no,no. Vet and groomer apologozed but didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Waited 3 weeks and the practice owner (also owns Chickasaw Trails Animal Hospital) never contacted us. The only one that truly seemed to care was the office manager who was visiibly shaken.
