Not any more - just received an email that I am not welcome to accompany my pet into the office - just drop her off at the curb - really? I’m a 15 year customer - I am shocked and disappointed by this policy and the fact it was delivered in a spam email - I will be in tomorrow to pick up my records - you have every right to set your rules - and I have a responsibility to do what I believe is best for my pet. Thank you to the staff, who provided support, compassion and swift action in helping our beloved dog over the rainbow. Harvey was special and such a trooper until the end. His injury was beyond repair and the doctor was so kind and helpful in explaining our options. We chose the humane path for our boy. He had a severe head injury. If you are looking for a job where they build you up, encourage you, and then rip it out from under your feet, this is the place to go. The employees, as well as the Vets there would often comment on me, telling me how well I was doing. I was in love with the job. I was finally doing what I had dreamed of, but because I wasn't perfect and messed up ONE time, I was let go. I'm not the only one though.
