I’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed. Different front desk staff give conflicting medication instructions. One says to crush the pill and mix it with food, while another says to give it whole on an empty stomach. This is confusing and concerning. Posting for a friend... cat name was savannah ward. Hylan blvd location She has been going there since 2013. She passed at the age of 16... she has been sick for a few months. We had to go to the ER vet on victory blvd, we called them our vet to let them know she was there, no one called us back to check on her.
